Terms and Conditions

1. Book, gravures, prints and posters are in good condition, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. The books have the common size, unless stated otherwise.
3. Unannoying imperfections are not always stated in the description.
4. An administrative fee of EUR 1,50 applies to all orders with a net price under EUR 10,-
5. The costs of shipping will be paid by the customer.
6. The risks of shipping is for the customer. On the customers explicit request, the order will be send by registered mail.
7. All items will be packed perfectly by the Antiquariate.
8. Shipments, exceeding a value of EUR 500,-, will be shipped with insurance. The additional costs will be beared by the customer.
9. Orders will be processed strictly in order of reception.
10. For customers within the European Union, a V.A.T. of 6% applies.
11. Invoices are due to be paid to the account of the Antiquariate within four (4) weeks after reception.
12. Dutch law applies on all transactions.
